I filed a state bar complaint letter to the State Bar about Xavier Becerra & Jackie Lacey & Diana Becton ( re Paul Holes Contra Costa ) violating my rights as a victim of Birch & Steve Davis, Terry Rasmussen and Joe DeAngelo

I believe Terry Rasmussen worked with Paul Otto Davis ( Birch & Steve’s father) in Arizona. The New Hampshire state troopers legally confirmed Terry worked for a man named ” Otto ” in Arizona .  Paul Otto Davis is Birch & Steve’s father.

Terry Rasmussen sexually assaulted me at the house on Prasa Rd. when I was in the 2nd grade. He lived with us in California  ( off and on) and the Prasa Rd. House and at a house in Eagle Rock, California on Cedaredge road with a guy named Everett also lived with us at the Cedaredge road house

And before California Terry also lived with us in Stony Creek – Hadley, New York

and he lived with us on Centenary Street in Houston Texas.

When we were moving from Texas to California in January 1982

we picked Terry up in Arizona and he was with a woman and a infant and small children and we went to Carlsbad Caverns and then dropped the woman off at an Indian Reservation.

Terry and a guy named Kenny drove our moving truck from Arizona to California

This report is full of errors regarding my statements I made to them when I was reporting Terry Rasmussen who was living with us.

There are a lot of mistakes and incorrect information regarding my statements to the New Hampshire state troopers and the times and dates that Terry Rasmussen lived with us.

We NEVER lived on an Indian reservation, we dropped a woman and her baby and children off at the reservation with Terry Rasmussen and also went to Carlsbad Caverns with them.

I told the detective that Birch & Steve Davis told me they had  ” Magic Blood ” and told me their blood was special/rare so I thought it meant they were non secretors, which I think they are.

I never said that I was raped by Ben Stein, I said he attempted to rape me and

I WAS sexually assaulted by Steven Dale Davis and Terry Rasmussen in May 1980

This is when I realized he was manipulating me. Around March 2017.

I had suspicions before, I wasn’t sure if he was manipulating me and exploiting me, but I thought since he was in the FBI I could trust him & I thought I was being paranoid.

But by March 2017 I realized something was wrong and I made a mistake trusting him.

I told Jim Clemente I was going public because Ben Stein’s wife is on the board of the Children’s Law Center of California ( she was home the day Ben Stein took photos of me at the pool and paid me $50)

Erika mentions Ben Stein case and says she can’t investigate him.

I told them someone was calling me telling me they were going to kill me

I did file a police report in 2010 with the Van Nuys LAPD and that case is still open.

She said there was no DNA on file and Steve was deceased and had no criminal history.

I checked William Birch Davis & Steven Dale Davis criminal history in California

Birch had a gun manufacturing charge and BOTH of them had criminal cases from the 70’s it was on file at the courthouse records division downtown when I went to check. Birch and Steve both had criminal histories when I checked the courthouse records in Downtown LA.
